Some folks had a problem with this including me. Found a solution not listed here:"Retype the access point name in through Internet Tethering settings. This can be accessed through Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data, look under “Internet Tethering” for APN, and fill in an access point name. A username and password are not required."

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.
