Why does my Macbook Pro turne off by it self?

Hey!

I have been notecing some problems with my Macbook Pro lately.

When I am using it it automaticly turnes off by it self. When it does that it restarts and it comes a error message where its says something like: Your Mac had some issues blablabla and to turn it back on press a button. This can happend twice in 5 minutes or once in a hour. I bought my Mac in 2010 so I dont have any guarantee. Have anyone experiensed this, and may someone help me with the problem?

Some things about my mac:

CPU: 2,4 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 MB

Program update: OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)

Very recently I deleted many programs and files witch I didnt need anymore from my Macbook, deletet around 100-150GB(Used MacKeeper) Can that affect it?

Would like some tips and problem fix 🙂

You probably deleted something crucial to the stability of the operating system. I suggest backing up your important files, and doing a complete reinstall.
