windows appears off screen after wake up

Hi

I use ARD on my MacPro studio computer to control another MacPro both running 10.8.2 and the newest ARD version (3.6.2 & 3.6.1). When the remote computer goes into sleep and I want to connect to it, it's almost impossible to wake-up again. If it "comes to live" the application windows goes off-screen. I can see the apps running from the icons in the dock, but there are no windows. The only solution is to force quit the apps and loosing my work and restart the mac.

Hope someone can help!

well if you want to remote into it when ever you want, you may want to consider setting the computer to never sleep, but leave the option for the screen to sleep on.

have you checked to see if you have a hot corner enabled on the desktop? or trying to press the 3rd or 4th button on your mouse? or if it's a magic mouse the expose gesture?

Sorry that I havn't replied earlier.😊

Just reinstalled the computer. Maybe I forgot to say that the remote computer has no monitor connected. I can see that it means something for the whole problem.

Weel if the monitor is connected then there is no problem. If it's not the same situation again.

I have a Mac Mini also without a monitor (connected to a Sony TV wia HDMI) and it works fine, but then again it runs under os X 10.8.3.

Any Help appriciated!
