How can I get amazon prime video streaming to work on Apple TV

    Speak to Amazon, their app does not support it.  It is not an issue the user can fix.  You can mirror if you have the capabiklity though.

    Buy a Roku box. It plays everything and way more than Apple TV. Plus YOU can add channels and apps, it's not locked down like ATV

    NOt directly on apple tv but the best way is to download the app to your iphone or ipad and than use airplay with mirroring. You will not be able to use your device for anything else while doing this but its the only way. And remember to put your device to sleep so it doesnt eat as much battery. Hope this helps.

    Hope the OP has it figured out as well.  My Samsung Smart TV has the Amazon app on it so I can stream through it.  See if your TV has or will load the Amazon app.
