'server where this page is located isn't responding.' how can i fix it?

I have some problem with the safari these two days..it keep saying that 'server where this page is located isn't responding.' how can i fix it? ..It works normal before and I am.sure I didn't make any change on my computer..that's the first time I have this problem. Any idea how to fox it?? Thx everyone help...
