how do I uninstall a device called parallel, it created a second hard drive taking up 33gb that I can use.

Parallels Desktop helps you create another operating system within a disk image (eg Windows, Linux, or an older version of OS X). If you don't want to use that new OS, you can delete the disk image. It's usually in your Documents folder. Of course, that will delete all files you have in that OS.
