Well you may need a service now that you have gone to Mac or you may have to buy a real accounting program to do Payroll. Those can be expensive. Especially for Mac as they have a small user base. I would bet most offices that use Macs for most of their work have a Windows computer for accounting and payroll.

One alternative is of course to install Windows on your Mac so you can run that application.
