Impossible to order a photo book via Aperture

I have the latest version 3.4.3 of Aperture. Latest version of Mountain Lion. Internet working. Via iTunes 11 I can access my iTunes account ( Apple account ) without any problem and all details are OK, like billing address and delivery address.

I have created a photo book in Aperture and would like to buy the book.

First screen is a login screen, where I provide my Apple Id ( the one I also use in iTunes ) and the password.

Next screen responds with my Apple Id, but is a Create Account screen requesting the password and verification of it.

I provide that information and the system responds with my Billing address, VISA card and Delivery address pre-filled in and all OK. I push continue and Aperture responds "Try Later on" ... day after day ....

Any ideas ?

For some posters it turned out that this problem was caused by the new security checks on password and security questions. If the answers to your security questions are too short (less than six letters) and your password does not contain at least one upper case letter and a numeral, the Apple Store will not except it and simply refuse service - but without saying why.
