Try going to yahoo mail with web browser and logging in to make sure it is not a password issue. If you can log in via web mail, then try removing the account and adding it back onto the phone.

Not password issue...logged in fine on web browser. Removed and added it back. Now getting message that Yahoo server is unavailabe...try back later. Seems to be the same problem others are having.

I e-mailed Yahoo for help with Yahoo mail and was given the following instructions: Remove Yahoo account from your iPhone, turn the phone off and back on, and then re-add to trigger a re-sync on your Yahoo acccount. This worked with no problem!! I was also given a link for a Yahoo Help article which I have included below. For those of you who are having issues, I hope this solves them!

Didn't work for me, I am getting this message: "The IMAP server "apple. imap. mail.yahoo.com" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the "Incoming Mails Server" field.
