Well, it's not working for me.
I just upgraded from Snow Leopard 10.6.8 to El Capitan 10.11.3 with Preview 8.1.
I have forms downloaded from the USA's IRS and California's FTB. I can fill them in all right, but the typeface is always small, blue and Helvetica. I'd like to make the font bigger.
Placing the cursor into an empty field automatically opens a text box on the field. The "A" button on the Markup toolbar opens a little font menu popup, but it doesn't do anything. I can change it to whatever I want, but the text in the field with my cursor remains small, blue and Helvetica.
If I create a Text Box as an annotation, then the little font menu popup works fine with its text, just not the fill-in fields.
Enlarging the text in another application, then pasting it into a field on my form doesn't do anything. The text after pasting is always small, blue and Helvetica.
Under the Tools menu, there is no "Show Fonts".
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
