Q: Unable to Start up of Apple TV previously operating on a different network

I have a "hand me down" ATV.  Previously connected to a different network  On first start up Apple tv is seeking date and time and then screen goes blank. Menu will not appear when remote is pushed.  How do I reset ATV.?
