I have had I itunes account for a few years and have had 3 different computers. I wanted to know if there was anyways of getting songs i purchased on other computers under same account trasfered to new account. The computer are broken so cannot turn on.

All content is tied to the account that bought it, and it can't currently be transferred to a different account.
Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to re-download them on your current computer (assuming that they are still available in the store) : re-downloading. If you can't re-download them then you should be able to add them into that computer's iTunes (if the account is authorised on it) from your backup via File > Add To Library

Providing you live in a Country that allows Re-downloading of Music
Log in to the account with the music you want on your computer and use the cloud to re-download the music you want. I have done this many times...
Is there anyway to get itunes purchses i made before with different computer the computer has broke now and cannot turn on but would still like to get music i paid for.
