ipad mini disabled
my ipad mini is disabled
i tried to unlock my iPad mini according to instructions i still get error message

What error message do you get ? You may need to put the iPad into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to restore/resync your content to it
