How do you change the settings in itunes for syncing contacts.

Under the heading of sync contacts in the info tab in itunes it says " Your contacts are being synced with your iphone over the air from icloud.

Over the air sync settings can be changed on your iphone."

Can someone help me to change this setting as i am trying to transfer all my phone numbers from my computer onto my iphone.
