ipod touch not recognised
Hi - can anyone help...?
My iPad and iphones are being recognised in iTunes, but my iPod isn't.
USB connection is fine.
Any ideas gratefully received!

Do you have the latest iTunes installed? The latest is 11. iOS 56 requires 10.7 or later.
DId it work/connect before with iOS 6?
Does it charge?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Run this to see if it give any useful information
iTunes for Windows: Device Connectivity Tests
Uninstalling/reinstalling the same version of iTunes will not help since iTunes sees the phone.
