Why is there a black rectangle on my background

There is a black rectangle that is only on my wallpaper background, they arent dead pixels because I can see my cursor over it and any window that is open isnt effected. Any background I use, however, has this weird black rectangle. the background is on a random rotation of images and it doesnt matter which one is being used it still has this dead area. Any ideas?User uploaded file
