iPad calendar won't show March in month view.

iPad calendar won't show March in month view.

I'm flicking through the months on my calendar app and when I get to March 2013 the app closes, doesn't matter if I'm going from Feb forward or April back. Day or week view works ok. I have an iPad 2 wi-fi only running iOS 6.1, it,s all up to date. I've tried a friend's iPad 2 with wi-fi and 3G and that has the same problem.

Has anybody else come across this? Is there a simple solution or do we need Apple to come up with an update?

I'm replying to my own question! Found the answer in "similar questions". It's down to having all day events on April 1st which in some parts of the world is the beginning of daylight saving time. I made the Easter Monday start at 01:00 and finish at 23:55. Did the trick!

Apparently the system can't handle the fact that April 1st is only 23 hours in some places! Needs sorting really.

I agree needs sorting though.

Having an all day event on April 1st is quite a reasonable thing to do!

It worked thanks. However as the all day is a birthday coming from iCloud birthday calendar I had to smile. As of course the other all day event would be Aprils fools day
