iPhone will not sync

I just restored my iPhone 5 because I was having a problem with all the data on the phone saying it was in the "Other" category when I was on the summary tab. So I got the backup and everything synced except my music. I've tried literally everything I could think of and the music will not sync. I can't even connect to wifi sync anymore. Also the problem with all the data being displayed under the "Other" category is still a problem. Any help?
