I have an ipod touch 5 and I want to interview someone using the apple voice memo app but I want to do it wirelessly via 2 miked Bluetooth headsets. Will the voice memo app recognise both at once? If not, is there a workaround? Thanks.

The voice memo won't even utilize one bluetooth mic, let alone two.
I found your question while researching my own, which is basically: "How come the voice memo feature refuses to use my connected bluetooth mic?"
Figured I would jump in and tell you what I do know, which is bluetooth mics don't work with voice memo, period.
(at least not on my 4s)
