Mid-2010 Macbook Pro keeps crashing

This continues happening pretty often. It doesn't always take the same amount of time for it to happen, and I don't always have the same applications running either. I thought maybe it's because it's over-heating, but I'm not sure that's the actually problem. My computer is a Mid-2010 15 in. 320 gb hardrive, 4 gb memory Macbook Pro, running Mountain Lion and has all current updates. Here's the latest report.
