Q: cannot sync a film to my ipod touch 5g. it is in mp4 format. what can i do?
cannot sync a film to my ipod touch 5g. it is in mp4 format. all the other films in the same format managed to sync with my ipod and played fine but for some reason it says the film cannot be played on the ipod although it can as it is the correct format and it played it via homesharing. i cannot understand why it wont sync. advice anyone?

Were all the videos purchased from the same source? There are many variation of mp4 format and the iPod is not compatible with all of them.
