My iPod touch 4th gen won't charge

Recently my iPod won't charge. I have tried restoring it and updating it and iTunes numerous times. When I plug in my iPod into my PC with the apple cord it came with my screen will say "charging is not supported with this accessory". Please Help

Looks like it may be a broken and/or bent pin in either the charge/sync cable, or, hopefully not, the dock connecter in the iPod itself. Try using another cable if possible. If that doesn't work, you'll have to take it to Apple.
