Dose the transaction still go thorough when ordering off of iTunes if there is no money on your debit card??
No, and your account will most likely be locked out until you contact iTunes Store Support. Try to add funds to its account ASAP. The card may not have been billed yet.
When something like this happens, you will probably need to update your payment method to use a valid credit (not debit) card. Debit cards are no longer accepted.
