How do I unlock my location services on the iphone 4?
I accidentally locked my location services, how do I unlock this?
I have also lost some apps since location services locked, should this happen?

Check your restriction settings. Settings > General > Restrictions.
I don't think you should have lost apps. Where they iOS apps (pre installed) or third-party apps (download from App Store)? If the former check restrictions as well. If the latter re-download them from the purchased section of the App Store.
