itunes could not open key unknown\components

I can't Install Itunes 11 on my windows 7. I have tried everything but i still cant find a solution for my problem can anyone please help me. I really need help. I had itunes before on my laptop but i uninstalled itunes 11 and tried to install itunes 10.7 but it gave me the error so i tried to download itunes 11 again but i got a message that said:

Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\[LongStringOfLettersAndNumbers]\[LongStringOfLettersAndNumbe rs]

If you can please help me AS SOON AS POSSILE i would a appreciate that 🙂
