lost all my music off my ipod touch when sync with itunes

I got a new song and a few movies to add to my ipod touch. This last time when I went to sync my ipod touch and itunes. It deleted all my music and movies off my ipod touch. How do I go back to transferring data just to my ipod touch without having to SHARE it.

iPod touch, Windows 7

You can only sync with one iTunes library/computer. If you sync to another library/computer the contents on the iPod will be deleted and replaced with what is in the iTunes library of the second library/computer. It sounds like that is what you did.

You can however manage music videos among different computer/libraries.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.

To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up syncing>Sync yuor device manually. and follow the instructions.

I also updated my itunes and it wiped my whole music library. I decided to clean everything up and put all of my music collection onto one harddrive and added it all to itunes. Now some of it says can't locate tracks, why is this when everything was taken from one place, and its only working for some and not others? Also I can't seem to drag any albums from my music library onto the ipod icon in itunes. I've tried syncing and it says my ipod was linked to another itunes computer which is total rubbish!!!! Help!!!!!
