Does Mountain Lion's dictation work with VM Fusion 5?

Hello

Could anyone help me with this point please. I run Snow Leopard with VMWare Fusion 5 on my MBPro. I am particulary interested in upgrading to Mountain Lion for the dication feature as well as the other benefits.

Will the dictation run ok on Word in Fusion 5? I use MS Office running on XP.
