Hi
My iTunes library is made up of mostly 320kps MP3s I want to convert all to 256kps AACs to save space,
I see the convert to AAC option, but this does not seem to allow to choose the bitrate at which it will convert
How do I do this in iTunes 11?

Go to Preferences, click the 'Import Settings' button, set 'Import Using' to 'AAC Encoder' and 'Setting' to 'Custom...' and you can choose your bitrate etc. Then File>Create New Version>Create AAC Version will make a new copy at your chosen settings.
