My iPad makes this grey box when i'm trying to make a new App Store account via. the App store App on my iPad. The iPad is a iPad 1 32gb 3g, with the newest software installed. What is causing this problem, and how do i fix it?
Could someone help?
I want to sell the iPad, and i won't do it if there is something wrong with the iPad.

I'm not sure I know what grey box thing you are describing. Can you post a screenshot of this?
To add to what Demo said. If the gray box shows up in the screenshot, then it is a problem with the software and not the hardware, which is easy to fix. When you restore your iPad in order to wipe it in preparation for selling it, the problem should disappear as well.
well it's the same size as the box where i fill in my information, but sometimes it turns into grey, and then i can just click outside the grey area, and then it asks me if i want to stop the creating process...
