My iCal is not working.

My Macbook's iCal is not working.

1. It's slow.

2. It doesn't sync events from my email or my phone.

3. It doesn't save any events I make through the computer iCal.


How do I fix this? Thank you.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
