So many articles on diff. pages tell different things, so I want to hear it from Apple.
Is it healthy to let the battery die compeltely and then charge it fully?
If yes, what is the exact time it takes to charge it fully, and not overcharge?
Is it unhealthy to overcharge?

Charging times: Fast charge in about 2 hours (80% capacity), full charge in about 4 hours
You can't overcharge the iPod.
What is fast charge and what is full charge?
And, first question wasn't answered. Is it healthy to let the battery run out completely before charging again?
A fast charge is just what is says. It users a higher current for the 80% then the charge rate decreases .
It is not good to completely discharge the battery. Yo can get cell reversal. You can shorten the battery's life. I missed that question.
