I have already tried all suggested actions such as uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes, stopping/restarting Apple Mobile Device, rebooting computer , switching out USB cables, rebooting iPhone etc. everything was working fine and all of a sudden, iPhone, iPod and I touch don't appear in iTunes when connected to USB.
