Can anyone help I have recently purchased a ipod nano 7.I loaded itunes latest version to run with windows but I am unable to connect to the itunes store.On the diagnostic check it say my internet connection is normal but it is ubable to make a secure connection to the itunes store.Does anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this problem?

Yes iTunes is endlessly saying it is"accessing iTunes Store".On the help diagnostic check it said that it was unable to make a secure connection.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
