Smpt outgoing server

Trying to setup smpt for outgoing Email. I don't have a @me.com address , I only have a iCloud address. I understand they no longer give @me addresses. So how do I setup smpt outgoing server information?

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.2, Smtp

Those instructions say to use your @me account. As I said, I don't have one and they no longer give @me accounts only iCloud accounts.

I don't think the server settings have changed, just the mail account names. Just try smtp.mail.me.com.
