Camera shutter not opening on iPhone 4s

I've had my iPhone 4s for about two months. It had been working perfectly.

After a recent drop that required the front glass to be replaced, my cameras are no longer working properly. The shutter for the rear camera will not open at all. The front camera will only work through a third party app called "AutoShutter" that was recommended to me. The phone is still working perfectly, otherwise.

Is this reversable? Can I get my 4s cameras working again? I've tried the following:

1) Soft reset with home/power buttons

2) Downloading other software apps to run the camera

3) Deleting all photos in my phone

4) Full reset of the phone to factory settings

Your recommendations are much appreciated. I'm waiting with baited breath in hopes that this is not permanent! I did not get the warranty or insurance. Thanks!
