Stripped Screws

I recently just purchased a new IPhone 4. The battery was dying pretty quick so i thought i should check on it, i ordered the screwdriver that lets you take off the back of the IPhone in order to see the battery but both screws wont come out. They appear to be very stripped. Any tips?
