Neither of my printers will print now that i have hooked up time capsule, both are wireless, one is an e printer for my ipad, how do I get them to work with time capsule?

When you say hooked them up.. what do you mean? As a wireless printer it should connect by wireless as a client to the TC.
But if you use apple names it might get lost. I would recommend you set all the wireless names to SMB standard.. short no spaces pure alphanumeric in the TC.
Also you might do better locking the wireless channels.
I figured it out! Got both printers to print on the iPads and both macs now working on time capsule and time machine
