I'm having troubles in charging my new iPad
I just bought a new ipdad and trying to set it up but I cant recharge it? When I plug it in it commence charging but then says "not charging". I have changed power plugs and still not working

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

iPad Charging
