I have bought an Iphone 5 with IMEI: 013429002671788. How could I know if it is an international version or an unlocked one?

There is no such thing as an "International version". All iPhones can be used on any GSM network worldwide (exception being the iPhone 4 CDMA). Whether it must be used with a roaming plan by the home carrier or can be used with a local SIM is dependant upon whether the device is unlocked.
Actually, there are some shops bought the home carrier or can be used with a local SIM IPhone then they use softwares to unlock the iphone to use with other networks. It could be a trouble for me if I accidently reset Iphone`s content, so I will not be able to use my IPhone as a phone anymore. If I come to contact them, they will not confess the illegal process.

So you are saying it is unlocked but not hacked or locked to a carrier? Which is it? You have given varying answers and it is not clear.
There are two iPhone carriers in Vietnam : Veittel and VinaPhone. They are the only authorized sellers. Did you get the phone from them? If you did, the phone is almost 99.9% chance of it being locked. And only they can unlock it for you. Currently only Veittel offers unlocking.
Any other iPhone, bought at a "shop" is most likely hacked.
No I did not say my phone is an unlocked one. Because I don't know how to verify it. That is why I ask here.
And, about if I don't buy at VinaPhone or Viettel, it may be hacked. It is not true. Well, business is business, they can buy roaming plan Iphone from anywhere don't need to be direct from Apple.
I bought it from a cell phones shop in VIetnam. I wonder, if my iphone can use with a roaming plan or not? How should I check it?

Contact your carrier and ask if they offer a roaming plan.
There is no reason the iPhone or any phone for that matter would not work with a roaming plan.
If the phone was jailbroken/hacked you cannot get help here. Was it?
No at all, I don't have deep understading about this. But an unlocked phone is different from a jailbroken one.
Yes, they are different, but if some "phone shop" has unlocked the phone via software, it was hacked.
Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can unlock it, this is done via iTunes.
Well, then ask the "shop" if your phone is unlocked....
