I have being having problems with my software. Parallels 8 dosen't get uninstalled completely.

I don't believe that Parallels 8 requires any special installation... You can just drag it to the trash. What makes you say that it didn't get uninstalled completely? What problems are you having?
After I darg and drop it into trash, the windows application folder still remains in the launchpad.
Removing Parallels probably does not cause the Launchpad to update. Have you tried restarting the machine after removing Parallels? Also, note that Parallels does not remove your virtual machine files.

Drag them to the trash and empty it. They will be in a folder called Parallels in your Documents folder, if I recall correctly. (I'm on my iPad right now and can't check that.)
