I just bought an iPad Mini few weeks ago. I realize that it charges until 88% and it stops. I tried unplugging, cleaned the usb port, restored my iPad mini but still the same thing is happening. I read several forums, most of them don't have an answer. Do I need to request for a replacement for my iPad Mini or the charger? I ordered my iPad Mini online. Can i send my iPad to any apple store to get a replacement? Please reply Apple.

visit ur nearest apple store and ask them for a replacement, it is covered under the warranty.
Do you mean replace everything that includes my iPad Mini and charger? or just the charger itself?

Don't return it yet. Try fully discharging (until it shuts off) and then fully recharging (don't unplug until 100%) to recalibrate the battery meter. You may need to do this a few times if it stops charging before 100%.
If you do end up taking it in, you don't need everything that's in the box, just the iPad.
