In the latest version of iTunes for Windows I can't find the Add Folder to Library. Can someone show me how to get all my old songs which are already in the Music Folder on to iTunes?

Some tips to get iTunes 11 nearly like iTunes 10:
Ctrl+B : Show Menu Bar (alternatively click on the small icon in the top-left corner of your iTunes; then activate the "Show Menu Bar" control);
Ctrl+S : Show Side Bar;
Ctrl+/ : Show Status Bar.
After fading in these bars you will find the "Add File/Folder to Library" controls like in iTunes 10.
