After installing Logic Pro i am not able to create a partition for installing Windows 7 via bootcamp. Can you please tell me how can i resolve this. Though there is a lot of space in the harddrive

What message does Boot Camp Assistant show when you try to create the Windows volume?
I also have this problem and it gives me the error message - "Bootcamp could not create partition, An unexpected error occurred"
I'm not sure if this will help you or not but I just got off the phone with APPLE. They feel that on the last update, there were some files that did not get put into Bootcamp. I am currently reinstalling OSX per their request.
after speaking to the CC exectuive they adviced me to format mac with its installer CD, but before you should keep a backup of your data. after your mac os is installed your bootcamp will work fine.
