New iPad mini can't download (purchased, iTunes match) and sync Music

My new iPad mini can't download (purchased, iTunes match from iCloud) and sync Music & Video (iTunes from my PC).

No music and video for now in my app on iPad.

iPad, iOS 6.0.2

Order new iPad mini from online store (Thailand). iOS6.0.2

Setup and restore from iCloud (I have used iPad2 & iPod Touch4 from previously with no any problem).

Turn on iTunes Match can not see any music available.

Tried to download from purchased in iTunes app then show "unable to download song "song" could not be downloaded at this time", including video purchased.

Tried to turn off itunes match and sync manually from iTunes (PC window 7), sync completed but not down dowload musics or video to iPad (show in pic below).

Tried to reset & erase all settings then setup again still show same problem.

I have a PC. I just got an iPad mini, and I'm trying to sync my music from my iTunes library on my PC to my iPad. No matter what I do, I cannot see any music on my iPad.


I've also tried to get the music off the could by going to iTunes on the iPad mini and pressing the cloud button. I see it downloading, then it disappears and I cannot see any of the songs in my music app.

Can anyone help me?
