I work in a games company that have numerous iOS devices. I want to create an iTunes account that can be associated with all the devices for testing purposes. Is there a way to have a business/corporate iTunes account for this?

There is no standard iTunes Store account that provides any extra permissions. But when you sign up as an iOS developer, you get the ability to register and provision up to 100 devices for testing. Sign in your member center and go to the iOS Provisioning Portal and you'll find full information.
