Who can see Emojis?
If I have Emoji downloaded on my phone and send an Emoji to another iphone user who doesn't have Emoji downloaded... can they see the Emoji?

iOS device to iOS device, i.e. iPhone to iPhone, iPhone to iPad, iPad to iPod Touch. They can still see them even if it's not enabled.
