what if i dont have NONE option??

i want to open an id apple but i dont have a credit card and in the optons of credit cart it isnt the "none" option that i should select what can i do please help me
Are you following the instructions on that page exactly i.e. selecting a free app and clicking on 'create Apple ID' when 'buying' it ? I've just tried it and I get the 'none' option e.g :

What country are you in ? I'm not aware of the 'none' being country-specific, but I can see what happens if I try

i selected united states but i am in Albania
You can only have an account in your own country, so you will only be able to have an Albanian account - to be able to have an account in another country you will need a valid billing address in that country, and be in that country when downloading from it.

what can i do?
You should get 'none' for Albania - on my computer's iTunes I've just changed my country to Albania, selected a free app and clicked on its 'free' price, clicked on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' it and got :
