I Phone 4S Unable to Move Message to Trash, Do not have advance tab under e mail account settings ?

I have an I Phone 4S. I have message:" Unable to Move Message" The message could not be moved to mailbox Trash.

fix advice is to go into settings, mail, contacts, etc, then tap on my account, and go to advanced tab - I have no advanced tab ?

Any ideas on how to fix this ?
