Does your iPad connect to other test wireless networks? If not, your iPad may be defective. Otherwise, you need to keep troubleshooting.

It does connect at other Hot Spot locations.  At home and here at my office, I have At&t DSL & Wireless,Motorola 3347 Router.  Computers hook right up to wireless with no problem, I just can't get ipad to connect.  Password is rejected.  Thanks for you quick response, I am not very computer litterate and this is driving me crazy.  Thanks again

Things to try on the iPad:

      1) Go to Settings>Wi-Fi, choose the wireless network arrow on right edge, and tap Forget this Network. Then try choosing the network and entering the security code anew.

      2) Go to Settings>General>Reset (at bottom), tap on Reset Network Settings.
