Rental was turned of and now can't open
Why won't movie open?

how long have you had it? Once you start viewing a rental, you have 24 hours to finish, then poof. its gone.

3 hours had to turn it off in order to land the airplane. Got the hotel to watch last 15 minutes and it brings up this message "cannot open". Hotel is not offering free wifi wondering if this could be the issue also. But since I downloaded onto the iPod I didn't think that would matter
